The assessment includes quantification estimates of beneficial organisms including: Fungi, Bacteria, Protozoa; (Amoebas, Flagellates), Nematodes; (Fungal, Bacterial and Predatory feeding nematodes). Potentially non-beneficial organisms including; Oomycetes; (potentially pathogenic fungi). Total Ciliates: (indicator of anaerobic conditions). Total Root feeding Nematodes; ( Often pathogenic). Pathogenic Bacteria
